No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

Final Booking: All shantidhara bookings, dakshina offerings, and ritual service orders are strictly final and non-cancelable once the payment is successfully processed.

No Refunds: We do not issue cash, credit, or card refunds for any reason, including a devotee's inability to join the live streaming, changes in personal plans, or accidental duplicate bookings.

No Cancellations or Rescheduling: Bookings cannot be canceled, postponed, or shifted to another date or time.

Service Fulfillment: If a technical glitch on our end prevents the shantidhara from being performed or live-streamed, we will re-schedule the ritual to the next available auspicious date or perform it on your behalf and share a recorded video. No cash refunds will be provided.

Acceptance of Terms: By completing your payment and providing your shantidhara (devotional intent) details, you explicitly agree to this Strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy.
